3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products by customer

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Customized or personalized products

• Items bought during clearance or sale offers (unless damaged/wrong item)

4. Return Process

1. Contact us with proof (photo/video).

2. Our team will verify the claim within 24-48 hours.

3. If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to courier it.

4. Once received & quality checked, we’ll process exchange/refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refund will be processed:

• To original payment method (for prepaid orders)

• Bank Transfer (for COD orders)

• Refund time: 5-7 working days after product inspection

6. Exchange Policy

If stock is available, we can send a replacement of:

• Same product

• Same value item (if original is unavailable)

7. Shipping Charges on Return

• If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong — Free Return Pickup.
