3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for:

Items bought during clearance or sale offers (unless damaged/wrong item)
4. Return Process

Our team will verify the claim within 24-48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to courier it.

Once received & quality checked, we’ll process exchange/refund.
5. Refund Policy
Refund will be processed:

To original payment method (for prepaid orders)

Bank Transfer (for COD orders)

Refund time: 5-7 working days after product inspection
6. Exchange Policy
If stock is available, we can send a replacement of:
